In this video I will show you step by step how to paint a field of poppies with a butterfly using acrylic craft paint and a 16×20 stretch canvas. The background of this painting uses multiple different types of textures layered together to create a field. The mop brush (a make up blush brush) is great for creating texture and blending large areas of background! I will work on a traceable for the butterfly and poppy shapes, but I do show step by step how to design your own as well! Don’t forget to make it your own and have fun with it. Happy painting!
