We did our own DIY “Bob Ross and the painting” couples costume.

This DIY couples costume is a tribute to my all time favorite artist, Bob Ross. Bob taught me how to paint and form my own techniques… that there are no mistakes, only happy accidents, and that the secret to doing anything is believing that you can.

I started following Bob Ross on PBS when I was 7 years old so when this couples costume idea came up we just had to try it out! If you don’t know who Bob Ross is YouTube The Joy Of Painting and be amazed!

A Happy Little Costume: My husband is so patient. He hates anything on his face and agreed to not only stick his face into the painting, but also have me paint it to match…
